MyMedicare Enrolment Eligibility: As per the current Medicare requirements you must have had at least 2 face-to-face visits recorded in the previous 24 months for you to be eligible to enrol.
Priority: We prioritise enrolled patients by allocating appointment slots exclusively for them. These reserved slots are intended to provide enrolled patients with exclusive access to on-the-day appointments, but subject to capacity limitations, emergency conditions, and your choice of doctor. While we endeavour to provide you with a high level of service, the above factors may result in reduced availability of priority appointments. Please note that our standard cancellation policy also applies to cancellations of priority appointments.
Medicare Rules and Changes: Our services are governed by the rules and regulations set by Medicare. Any changes or updates to Medicare policies may affect the offerings for enrolled patients. We need to ensure that we comply with these regulations and will adjust our internal policies, accordingly.
Bulk Billing Offers: Bulk billing for children and healthcare/ pension card holders applies for their consultations. For all patients, Health Assessment for certain ages and Care Plans will be Buk billing consultation will be available . Please review our website for more details.
Flu Vaccines: The availability of free flu vaccines is subject to stock availability and eligibility criteria. Offer of free flu vaccines may change within the year or from year to year.

While we endeavour to provide consistent benefits, we will consider to inform you about any changes to enrolled patient benefits. If you require after-hours medical attention still you can call our phone, but it will direct you to our nominated after-hours service (DoctorDoctor) or you can directly call them on 13 26 60. Bulk billed telehealth consults or home visits where appropriate are available by DoctorDoctor, where a patient holds a valid Medicare or Department of Veteran affairs card.
